krizaka.com is published by Technologies Krizaka Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Québec, operating as Krizaka (Montréal, Québec, Canada). To reach us, use the contact form.

These terms cover this website, the open-source software and building blocks we publish, and the hosted development environment dev.orochia.com. They do not describe a paid service: none is offered today.

The software we publish is open source, distributed under the Apache License 2.0 — you may use, modify and distribute it, commercially too, under that license: the Orazaka, Orochia, Yasakia, Yororis, Yomizaka, Kachizaka and Akinaza repositories on github.com/krizaka, the @krizaka/* packages on npm and the com.krizaka artifacts on Maven. Each repository carries its license.

The license covers the code. It does not grant the right to use the Krizaka names, logos and product marks as your own.

The products run on infrastructure you operate. You are responsible for that infrastructure, for the security of the data it holds and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Orochia is designed for platforms that may host adult content. An operator is responsible for its own age verification, record-keeping (including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where it applies), content moderation, takedown handling and payment-provider rules. The software provides tools for these duties; it does not fulfil them for you.

Yasakia is an upcoming product: nothing is offered yet, and what the site says about it describes intentions, not a service.

Yororis is under construction. It is not deployed, not offered and nobody can sign up for it. It is a listening space with an AI presence, not a health service, not a care service, and nothing the site says about it is advice of any kind. Its pages exist to show how it is being built and to discuss it with us through the contact form.

dev.orochia.com is a test environment of Orochia. It comes with no guarantee: it may be unavailable, changed, reset or erased at any time and without notice, and what you put in it may be lost. Use test data only, and do not rely on it for anything that matters. Nothing there is a commercial offer.

If you connect external services — AI providers, payment gateways, Bunny Stream, e-mail or SMS providers — your use of them is governed by their own terms. This website is hosted on DigitalOcean, serves its media from Bunny and sends contact messages through Mailgun; links to GitHub, npm and other sites lead to services governed by their own terms.

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Krizaka makes no guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for damages arising from its use, as set out in the Apache License 2.0, to the extent the law allows.

krizaka.com describes our products and documentation. Its content may change without notice. Crawlers, including those of AI assistants and search engines, are welcome: robots.txt allows them and llms.txt summarises the site for them. Our privacy practices are in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, subject to any mandatory rights you hold as a consumer. We update them when what we publish changes, and the date at the top follows.
