Terms of Service

Software license

Orazaka and Orochia are open-source software distributed under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, modify and distribute them, commercially too, under that license — see each repository on github.com/krizaka.

Self-hosted responsibility

Both products run on infrastructure you operate. You are responsible for that infrastructure, for the security of the data it holds and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Operating Orochia

Orochia is designed for platforms that may host adult content. An operator is responsible for its own age verification, record-keeping (including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where it applies), content moderation, takedown handling and payment-provider rules. The software provides tools for these duties; it does not fulfil them for you.

Third-party services

If you connect external services — AI providers, payment gateways, Bunny Stream, e-mail or SMS providers — your use of them is governed by their own terms.

No warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Krizaka makes no guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for damages arising from its use, as set out in the Apache License 2.0.
