Orazaka

AI · open source

The AI that never leaves home.

A multimodal AI orchestration engine: every request flows through a deterministic interceptor pipeline to the best local model. Nothing leaves your network.

  • Chat, RAG, agents, image, audio, video
  • Hexagonal architecture enforced at build time (ArchUnit)
  • Reusable components: users, notifications, billing

Creators get paid. Every cent, exactly once.

4K streaming, paywalls and creator payouts with the rigour of financial infrastructure. Designed for adult (18+) content.

  • Direct-to-CDN video, 5-minute signed URLs
  • Payments confirmed by signed webhook, settled exactly once
  • Built-in 18+ compliance and 2257 records

Dating · open source

The dating app where you talk first.

No swipe, no catalogue, no score. An AI agent gets to know you, then opens a small batch of people who match you in both directions — and the next batch waits for your debrief. Coming to iOS and Android.

  • A conversation instead of a form
  • 3 to 5 people at a time, compatible both ways
  • Reasons in words — never a score

Listening · open source

A listening space with a face and a voice.

An AI presence that says it is one: it listens, reflects back, asks one question — and stops. Between two moments it keeps three lines you own, never the transcript. Powered by Orazaka's wellbeing pack. Nothing is live, nothing is offered.

  • A presence that stops: 25 minutes, one moment a day, three a week
  • What I keep: three lines you read, edit or delete
  • Every word stays on Orazaka — no third-party AI

Know-how

What we take care of, so you don't have to think about it.

  • Sovereign AI

Local model orchestration, RAG, agents and MCP on your infrastructure — Law 25 and GDPR compliant by design.

  • Modular architecture

Hexagonal, versioned contracts, one repository per component: building blocks every new application reuses as they are.

  • Compliance built in

Law 25, GDPR, 18 U.S.C. § 2257: obligations become code invariants, checked on every build.

  • Media & streaming

Resumable ingest, adaptive encoding, signed URLs and native image/video generation on Apple GPUs.

  • Payments & ledgers

Credits, subscriptions, payment intents, signed webhooks and idempotent double-entry settlement.

  • Governance as code

Tested architecture rules, documentation generated from code, CI that refuses what the contract forbids.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is Krizaka?

Krizaka is a Montréal (Québec) software studio that builds open-source products: Orazaka, sovereign AI on your own machines; Orochia, a video platform for independent creators; Yazakia, a dating app where you talk first (coming soon); and Yororis, a listening space with a face and a voice (under construction). Every repository is public under Apache-2.0.

Which Krizaka products can I use today?

Orazaka (run it on your own machines) and Orochia (running in development at dev.orochia.com). Yazakia is coming soon and Yororis is under construction: neither is released or offered.

Is Krizaka open source?

Yes. Every Krizaka repository is public under the Apache-2.0 license at github.com/krizaka, and the reusable building blocks (users, notifications, billing, the UI kit) are published as packages.

Where is Krizaka based?

Montréal, Québec, Canada. Orazaka is designed around Québec's Law 25 and the GDPR: the data stays on your network.
